KNOW THY-SELF

It's been about a year since I've had the opportunity to walk away from a cycle and into a LIFE!
The universe edged me along on something I myself was too timid to step out on my own... Yet I knew every step of the way when and how it would happen.
It took that time between then and now to realize the opportunity I had been given, how the over stimulation of this enviorment makes us numb to instinctive feelings such as compassion, creativity, community and the strength in building one another

(no matter how you see it we are all we have)

To be very selective to whom and what I give my power and energy to; to surrender to the knowing of self :: that I am who I say I am... a natural healer, dreamer, conscious truth-seeker, a creator with high spirituality and intuition. A super-being who adheres to being different and thrives within my own value system -
And I still meet obstacles everyday, a battle of who I am with those around me who can't see past what is handed to them...

I however know better and know by right I will always be divine no matter the valley or mountain top
Sometimes you struggle on this plane in order to soar in another...

the magic people (yes I said magic) is not to repeat the cycle and come back more then you were before considering your already more then you believe to be

Break down to Build up... The Healing Crisis

"The Healing Crisis"

I just broke from a 4 maybe 5hr nap (thanks be to the patience of my #prodigies).

I have been escalating through my "healing crisis" since the beging of yestterday from my full body cleanse-

Dried chap lips, constant lulled headaches, dark circles around my eyes, fatigue followed by nasal drip and almost flu like symptoms ... YES all while eating and hydrating the BEST I havein my entire life!

This my friend is the "Healing Crisis" "Law of Cure" or "Herxheimer Reaction" a common occurrence when the body is cleaning or detoxing itself. The signs of sickness are the body's way of expressing itself while healing. You are not getting sick as you're already sick but in the process of healing excess toxins are released from your organs and other vital systems into your stream and the body's reaction to the filtration is all of the above and more - a break to build up if you will.

Every and I mean EVERY asspect of your life you change to improve sight of self will require such "break down to build up" just remember IT IS WORTH IT, YOU ARE WORTHY and CAPABLE and the rewards are always more then imagined!

If you are lucky enough as myself you will have your oldest #prodigy greet you with some homemade ginger/lemon/mint and sweet basil tea (yes ground from hand bits and all - I do love her function)

I said that to say I woke feeling as though I had shedded something in that process, bits and pieces of an old me to be replaced by a slightly sweeter #evolve

Keep me in your thoughts as its only day #5 out of #20daycleanse but the adventure will be all worth the while!
