Hello Peoples in the place to be...
I must say I am absolutely ELATED to be here, one that I've finally made good on opening this forum to spill on to and secondly that for my very first post I am allowed to partially seduce your ears with the sounds of Mr. Moe Isaac.
I believe that with every generation there is music (a sound track if you will) that holds true to that generation, its struggles, their passion, and a place to evoke a good time as well as piggy back on the greats before them. With that being said the current state of the music generation today keeps me on a constant hunt of that real MUSIC... That REAL HIP HOP and R&B, FUNK, JAZZ, RAP, NEW, OLD... JUST GIVE IT TO ME!
With only a handful of the greats still in my rotation (who's Cd's I purchase for their greatness... yes the rest of you get burned to a CD for your lack of greatness/versatility/ and creation - Yuh I said it) my radio doesn't play any more and my search continues... Until without further ado I introduce you to Mr. Maurice Isaac aka Moe Isaac, aka "The Movement".
I am one to hold on to things great when it comes to elements that make me and the world around me tick (Music being a very important element) and Maurice Isaac is a keeper! Introduced to his R&B sounds earlier this summer of 09; although hard to put him in a box its clear to see this man as a creator of his craft, an artist who finds a way to implement all the key factors that the state of music is currently missing today by blending his own musical tastes.
Music to engage all your senses complete with a 10 piece band,
- violin, guitar, bass, keys, drums and back up vocals with Isaac leading the journey of rhythmic lullabies, funky bass beats, nostalgic vibes of something classic... This is something to be heard.
You want a dose? I thought you would... be apart of the movement
Details below and please... tell em BLU. sent you
