ANCESTORS CALLING

I know... I know, I go from MIA to flooding your gates

       (and today is one of those overflow your feed type of days)

On this 18th day of my 20day full body cleanse reflection is key of steps

       I've made in the few days, months and years even...

              all building blocks of the NOW
The New Year for me was actually ushered in on 12.21 the date of the

       Winter Solctice as well as my Anniversary; what better way...

to build on a journey fwd then w/ a glimpse of the now and a little peek back

Ever wonder why when you see a piece of roots

or legacy you get thirsty?

Trying to connect the dots with the here and now

but there is an abyss between what you feel and

what you were taught to know...

Don't go with your brain saying "go with the flow"

follow the soul its the ancestors calling you home.
