SHE OPENED HER MOUTH AND BLEW ME.... AWAY!!!

Jessie J is the name... and as I foretell on most of my storyboards be on the lookout for a POWERHOUSE of a voice in music and entertainment with this young woman. Jessie is not new to the music scene; a singer/songwriter from Essex in the UK, Jessie has been tagged with writing for such artist as Miley Cyrus, Justin Timberlake, Chris Brown (with whom she toured Europe), and Christina Aguilera among just some of the elite!
Her hurricane of a voice is technically impressive and from the tid-bit I gathered to share with you (the one that made me love her) she can do it all LIVE... nothing gimicee to this awesomely laced British accent chick.
Some of my favorite displays of her work are still to be found live and personally Youtube'd by Jessie herself with that classic flavored and soulful sound; however upcoming releases of her singles "Do It Like a Dude" and "Price Tag" which we will add to the note worthy list are attached to her debut album,
"Who You Are"
due to be released in the states in 2011 -

Just doing my job in telling you... I TOLD YOU

*SPOTLIGHT* WHO IS MOE ISAAC???

Who Is Moe Isaac?

I am an artist, singer, songwriter, and producer. An enthusiast of all art forms. A lover of everything creative and beautiful. I am obsessed with expression through art.

I was born and raised in the South Bronx. Both my parents were teenagers when I arrived. I was subjected to a lot of unique circumstances, and I've seen a lot of things that I shouldn't have. I look at my past as a gift and a curse, because what makes being an artist so awesome is that you can use your art as therapy. Instead of going to see a shrink, I went into the studio and recorded a song.

My love for Hip-Hop is ingrained into my soul, because I was raised in the culture. My love for Jazz standards comes from my respect and admiration of the instrumentation, songwriting, and vocal interpretations. Combine the two genres, mix in some pain and pleasure, add some aggression, a heavy dose of passion, and a splash of soul and you have the distinct blend that is my sound.

In my opinion, the worst thing that you can do to an artist is hinder their artistic growth. When I began recording I had no choice but to go to studios owned by other people. I couldn't afford my own equipment. People would try to mold my sound into whatever fad was popular at the time. I felt disgusted singing about clubs and women in every song, but how much bargaining power does one have when the owner of the studio, who also happens to be a music producer, believes that his kind of music works, and yours doesn't? Years of dealing with this same scenario proved to be an invaluable learning experience for me. Having others tell me what to sing and how to sound allowed me to discover exactly who I wanted to be as an artist. This inspired me to make one of the best decisions of my life. I saved up and purchased my own studio, where my creativity was completely uninhibited. I was able to truly find myself. I cultivated my own style and sound.

Armed with an inextinguishable dedication to true artistry, the ability to fully orchestrate my own music, and the knowledge that I had completely come into my own as a musician, I began my journey: to share my music, my soul, with the world .
