It's Our Anniversary!!!

Yes 5 years has passed since we started giving the world a reason to JUST DANCE YOUR ASS OFF! We are telling you ALL to come CELEBRATE!!!

We want you to OWN your New Years "Resolution" and continue the LIFE changes you've begun. All of you who checked your BP, joined a gym, took a fitness class, changed your diet, celebrate how far we have come, how we have evolved and toast to those who have begun a journey to better their lives, living it to the fullest!

We have our original Sweat DJ's back - Snatch 1 and CEO and we will be announcing the launch of our online magazine (The Sweat Life)

Doors open 9:30pm

Power Hour at 10pm - led by Urban Dance League

Party at 11pm

The Wellness lounge will be open to those who have signed up for the power hour workout
