All of you who checked your BP, joined a gym, took a fitness class, changed your diet, celebrate how far we have come, how we have evolved and toast to those who have begun a journey to better their lives, living it to the fullest!

We have our original Sweat DJ's back - Snatch 1 and CEO and we will be announcing the launch of our online magazine (The Sweat Life)

Doors open 9:30pm

Power Hour at 10pm - led by Urban Dance League

Party at 11pm

The Wellness lounge will be open to those who have signed up for the power hour workout

I look forward to support and host every year only to wait my chance to get lost on the dance floor - So I'm CALLING FOR MY FAMILY TO COME ONE COME ALL - but if you see me on the floor come get lost in the high vibrations and of course the chance to SWEAT!
