       Winter Solctice as well as my Anniversary; what better way...

to build on a journey fwd then w/ a glimpse of the now and a little peek back

but there is an abyss between what you feel and

It's been about a year since I've had the opportunity to walk away from a cycle and into a LIFE!
The universe edged me along on something I myself was too timid to step out on my own... Yet I knew every step of the way when and how it would happen.
It took that time between then and now to realize the opportunity I had been given, how the over stimulation of this enviorment makes us numb to instinctive feelings such as compassion, creativity, community and the strength in building one another

(no matter how you see it we are all we have)

To be very selective to whom and what I give my power and energy to; to surrender to the knowing of self :: that I am who I say I am... a natural healer, dreamer, conscious truth-seeker, a creator with high spirituality and intuition. A super-being who adheres to being different and thrives within my own value system -
And I still meet obstacles everyday, a battle of who I am with those around me who can't see past what is handed to them...

I however know better and know by right I will always be divine no matter the valley or mountain top
Sometimes you struggle on this plane in order to soar in another...

Break down to Build up... The Healing Crisis

"The Healing Crisis"

I just broke from a 4 maybe 5hr nap (thanks be to the patience of my #prodigies).

I have been escalating through my "healing crisis" since the beging of yestterday from my full body cleanse-

Dried chap lips, constant lulled headaches, dark circles around my eyes, fatigue followed by nasal drip and almost flu like symptoms ... YES all while eating and hydrating the BEST I havein my entire life!

This my friend is the "Healing Crisis" "Law of Cure" or "Herxheimer Reaction" a common occurrence when the body is cleaning or detoxing itself. The signs of sickness are the body's way of expressing itself while healing. You are not getting sick as you're already sick but in the process of healing excess toxins are released from your organs and other vital systems into your stream and the body's reaction to the filtration is all of the above and more - a break to build up if you will.

Every and I mean EVERY asspect of your life you change to improve sight of self will require such "break down to build up" just remember IT IS WORTH IT, YOU ARE WORTHY and CAPABLE and the rewards are always more then imagined!

If you are lucky enough as myself you will have your oldest #prodigy greet you with some homemade ginger/lemon/mint and sweet basil tea (yes ground from hand bits and all - I do love her function)

I said that to say I woke feeling as though I had shedded something in that process, bits and pieces of an old me to be replaced by a slightly sweeter #evolve

Keep me in your thoughts as its only day #5 out of #20daycleanse but the adventure will be all worth the while!

Somehow part of the package of being a living, thinking being is that you get a universe inside of you. You get a galaxy sized object inside you that you can access.

And there there are the mountains, the rivers, the jungles, the dynastic families, the ruins, the planets, the works of arts, the poetry, the sciences, the magics, of millions upon millions upon millions of worlds.

  And this is apparently who we each are. We're a little bit of eternity sticking into three-dimensional space and, for some reason, occupying time in a monkey body.

But when you turn your eyes then inward you discover the birth right. The existential facts out of which this particular existence emerged.

And it's a great secret. A great secret and a great comfort. Because it means mystery didn't die with the fall of Arthur or the fall of Atlantis or the fall of anything. Mystery is alive in the moment, in the here and now. It just simply lies on the other side of a barrier of courage. And it isn't even that high of barrier, it's just is a barrier high enough to keep out the insincere and the misdirected. But for those who will claim it, in midst of the historical chaos in the late 20th century they become the archaic pioneers. They become the first people to carry the ouroboric serpent around to its own tail, and to make a closer. And to the degree that anyone of us has this connection back to the archaic in our life, it makes were we have been make a lot more sense and it makes were we're going seem a lot more inviting.

What Dreams May Come To My Immortal

What Dreams May Come - 

An all time favorite, a story that no matter how many times I have watched it I walk away with a different story, dimension and understanding of divine truths and the worlds we manifest!

My most recent go round had me stuck with the play of the genders and the outlook of life and love. They say women are from Venus and men Mars due to our usual uncommon way in which we perceive things, while no matter how close we come to seeing eye to eye there is usually a gap that leaves us just shy of sharing the same space of connecting as we should. 

As a women, filtering most of my world through an emotional filter whether I choose to or not the words "Until you tried to join me" almost ached to hear - 
The female species will almost always try and make her counterpart (male, female, friend, lover, or child) to understand her by joining her journey EMOTIONALLY, it is after all one of the first instincts inbreed within us. 
If by some chance we loose that battle or see that you cannot join this place of sensitivity, of knowing and being as we are @ the moment the gap usually grows larger, animosities and other emotions fester and the grand plan of the GREAT DISCONNECT has begun!

Within my community the GREAT DISCONNECT is like a plague that I feel is too large that I am not the only one to see; not only disconnecting partners, lovers and friends but most importantly families and children - children who then grow to believe this is the way of life, this is how you treat another, equating to a species who has no patience for love, or the common courtesy to walk in another man's shoes. 

As we continue both men and women to bare this earth my final plea would only be this - 

* Continue to share from a place of emotion and sensitivity (men/women) will find their common ground there.
* We are the evolution, everything we see, are and pass on - we make the future
* No matter your view always join that person you love in their journey as your own
* What's true in our minds IS TRUE - wheather some people know it or not!
* Sometimes when you win you LOOSE and sometimes when you loose you WIN... life is the journey that makes you

* There is nothing else in the place of love - be it and KNOW THIS!

Salvation comes from within, its engrained in your essence written in your DNA records, since your ancestors and it always will. God will always manifests from within.

Out with the old in with the BLU.

Have you ever realized how usually around that pre-tween age if not sooner we begin to give ourselves nicknames that we see best suited; extensions of names family and friends called us growing-up or something all together new... something we see and conjure up to represent us?

Now I'm not saying it's always the best suited names (my crew back in the day went by Yummi, Happi, Bones, Butt and a few other nicknames I smile/laugh at the thought today) none the less in a world with a loss of heritage and roots of ancestry I now see this as a right of passage if you will - 

a "Who you are or willing to become?" 

or even better an outward effect of what's already inside..

Over years without even knowing I have tried to live up or felt the name I prescribed to myself to be an extension of who I am - "BLU" being a faithful extension - now for sometime I didn't see it, understand or care to but you know how life has a way of revealing itself and you in the intrum.

Well life and I have been having an affair of revelations one in which has ushered in many truths and well "BLU" - is not an alter but an extension of my growth...

Homemade French Bread Pizza

1.  Simmer sauce w/ home made kick:: Sun dried tomatoes, Fresh garlic, Green Onions
Also chop and prep "Green herb mix" Cilantro, Basil and Rosemary

2. Cut fresh baked bread in half - add green herb mixture on top of simmered sauce and top bread
w/ Moz cheese!

3. Bake 15-20mins (maybe less pending oven) until cheese is melted and slight crunch
